If someone were to have told her creatures existed who shifted into men and women, she’d have thought them crazy. Yet, here she was, in bed with a beautiful Wolf who would become a man in a matter of seconds.

A snuffle and a yawn, and that’s exactly what happened. In a matter of moments, Greyson

appeared, naked and lying on top of the covers. Without a word, he collected her into his arms, and she melted against his body that thrummed with latent power.

“Good morning, sweetness.” He lightly stroked the locks of hair that had fallen to his chest.

“Mmm, good morning.”

“How did you sleep?”

“Like the dead. I only woke up a few minutes ago.”

“Good. Your eye looks like shit.”

“Gee, thanks.” She slapped playfully at his chest. “It doesn’t throb like it did yesterday.”

He released her and hopped out of bed. “I’ll get you some pills and a fresh ice pack. Don’t go anywhere.”

“Well, I gotta pee. But I promise I’ll be waiting in bed as long as you’ll join me. You know, we still have the whole strip to go through.”

“Deal.”
